All our consultations are conducted via phone calls.
At the time of your appointment, our practitioner will contact you using a number from a non-caller ID. Please ensure that you don’t block private numbers so you can receive the call, prior to the appointment.
Our Cancellation Policy
Our services are in high demand, so in fairness to other patients who require help, we require a minimum of 1 business day's notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment, by contacting us here. Should you need urgent assistance with your appointment, please contact the team on 1300 295 139.
If you fail cancel or reschedule your appointment within this time frame, OR fail to attend your appointment, a late notice fee will be deducted from your account.
Our cancellation fee depends on the length the appointment time booked according to our billing schedule. This will equate to the fee for your allotted time slot.
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact administration between the hours of 9am – 5pm AEST QLD Time, if outside of these hours please leave a voice message or submit a request here.

If an appointment is made and not attended then a full standard fee would be charged, as that time could have gone to another person.
For all appointments and reservations, we implemented a 24- hour cancellation policy. This policy means that if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid any cancellation fees. No cancellation fee shall be charged if you notify us of your intention to do so within the specified time limit.
Your initial appointment is bulk-billed, provided you have a valid Medicare card. Subsequent appointments are partially covered by Medicare.
We accept a variety of payment methods to make it easy for you to pay for your appointment.
We will need both your Medicare and payment details to complete your appointment bookings.
Yes, we accept Medicare. If you have private health insurance, you can claim reimbursement through them, please contact us for more information.
At present, we don’t offer any applicable discounts on services.
As of the moment, we don’t have any GPs. Our practitioners are all nurses and well-equipped to assist with a wide range of medical concerns, including weight loss guidance. They are registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
Fees for follow-up appointments related to medication management or script issues will be at the practitioner’s discretion. For specific concerns or special cases, please contact the clinic.

Our phones are active from 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday, one of our reception staff will answer your call, if the line is busy, you will be put on hold or be answered by our answering service.
If you call outside of these hours a voice message can be left, we will get back to you the following business day.

Please keep in mind that communications via email over the internet are not secure. Although it is unlikely, there is a possibility that information you include in an email can be intercepted and read by other parties besides the person to whom it is addressed. Please do not include personal identifying information such as your birth date, or personal medical information in any emails you send to us. No one can diagnose your condition from email or other written communications, and communication via our website cannot replace the relationship you have with a healthcare practitioner.
