Phase 1 - Initial Appointment

In your first appointment, we learn about your health and weight loss goals. From here, we’ll create a personalised plan with effective medication, nutrition guidance, and activity recommendations to help you start strong.

Phase 2 - Action Phase

Here we get your plan started. We’ll have regular telehealth catch-ups with you to check in on how you're doing - and make any adjustments to your medication or treatment plan to keep your progress on-track.

Phase 3 - Maintenance Phase

Here we focus on maintaining your progress. We equip you with the tools and a personalised plan to stay on track long-term, including a rescue plan for extra support if you need it.
