About Us.

My Weight Loss Clinic

Our approach

I’m Chris O’Donnell, during my 20 plus years of experience working in the healthcare system, I’ve seen first-hand the limitations of the current medical model. Within our clinic we have staff who have treated patients with complex chronic medical problems for many years, we know that many conditions and the lives of our patients are improved by weight loss. I firmly believe at all stages of healthcare, a greater emphasis should be placed on disease prevention and using a broad range of person focused interventions, first and foremost to prevent and reverse chronic diseases.

Over the years I’ve helped myself, family, friends and patients with my approach and I hope to help you too. No matter our stage of life, I believe we all have the capacity to improve our health and I’d like to empower as many people as I can to do this. I think these changes can and should be accessible and enjoyable for everyone. I have a group of trusted, like-minded health professionals that can give extra guidance and support as needed as we endeavour to help you build the healthiest version of you.

Thanks for visiting, and I look forward to helping you out. Let me know if I can help via office@myweightlossclinic.com

In a study, mindful eating alone led to 5.4-kg weight loss over 18 months, decrease in triglycerides, fasting glucose, C-reactive protein levels, and insulin sensitivity.

Our holistic approach

Phase 1

We begin by understanding your goals and designing a weight loss program that is supported by the right medication and counseling to help you lose weight quickly and effectively

Phase 2

This phase is where we implement the plan and make sure it's working effectively. This usually involves regular catch-ups, via tele-health, to check in on how you're doing and make any necessary adjustments to your medication or treatment plan

Phase 3

Now that you have made the commitment to a healthier lifestyle, it is important to focus on maintaining your new weight. In this phase, we will provide you with the tools and knowledge you need to successfully keep the weight off in the long run.

Dedicated to helping you reach your goals

At My Weight Loss Clinic, we understand that every patient is unique. That’s why we offer a personalised approach to medical weight loss that is tailored to each individual’s needs.
