I’m Chris O’Donnell, founder of My Weight Loss Clinic.

With over 20 years’ experience in healthcare, I’ve seen both the strengths and limitations of the current medical model. Through treating people in our clinic with complex and chronic health conditions, we’ve seen how sustainable weight loss and lifestyle change can significantly improve health and quality of life.

I believe healthcare should have a greater focus not only on treating illness, but on preventing it. A personalised approach, using practical and sustainable strategies can help prevent, manage, and even reverse chronic illness.

I’ve used these same principles to support my own health, as well as my family, friends, and patients, and now I hope to help you too. No matter your stage of life, I believe better health is possible, and our goal at My Weight Loss Clinic is to empower as many people as we can to achieve it.

Our approach to weight management

Step One:
Initial consultation

At your first appointment, we learn about your health and weight loss goals. From here, we’ll create a personalised plan including clinically guided medical treatment, nutrition guidance, and activity advice to help you start strong.

Step Two:
Action

Here we get the plan started.  You will have regular telehealth reviews with your clinician to check in on how you’re doing and to make any adjustments to your treatment plan to keep your progress on track.

Step Three:
Maintenance

Now that you’ve made the commitment to a healthier lifestyle, we focus on maintaining your progress.  We give you the tools and a personalised plan to stay on track long-term, including a rescue plan for extra support if you need it.
