Here we get your plan started. We’ll have regular tele-health catch-ups with you to check in on how you're doing - and make any adjustments to your medication or treatment plan to keep your progress on-track.

Phase 3 - Maintenance Phase

Here we focus on maintaining your progress. We equip you with the tools and a personalised plan to stay on track long-term, including a rescue plan for extra support if you need it.
